maths plan for 6A tomorrow: equivalent fractions, 50 min. they're a restless bunch 😅 19:42
On it! Since 6A has 28 students and 2 with ADHD, I'll go short and hands-on, aligned to your official curriculum 🙌 19:42
PDF plan-6A-fractions.pdf 3 pages · PDF · 128 kB
Done! A 50-minute script: quick opener, paired stations and a close, with the answer key at the end ✅ 19:44 👏
this is great! only the main activity came out short, can you stretch it? 19:46
Done: the paired practice gained 15 more minutes and the rest of the script stays the same. Updated PDF is with you 19:47

The four steps

Everything happens in the same chat.

Initial onboarding, plan generated, fine adjustments, feedback. No login, no screen switching, no new tool to learn.

01 · Onboarding in 2 minutes

You send "Hey" and we ask the essentials: grade, subject, how many students, inclusion profiles. Per class, once only. No web form.

02 · Plan in under 15 min

Topic, time, class. In plain language. We understand, align to your official curriculum, validate with our pedagogical team, and return a PDF ready to print.

03 · Partial adjustment

"Redo Tuesday", "adapt for ADHD", "less opening", "more exercises". You adjust only what you need. The rest of the plan stays intact.

04 · Feedback that teaches

After class, you reply Excellent Good or Needs work. The next plan comes out more like you.

01

You send "Hey".
We register your classes.

No website to sign up on, no platform to configure. You open WhatsApp, message HeyProf's number, and we start a short onboarding conversation.

We ask the essentials: which grades do you teach? Which subject? How many students per class? Is there any inclusion profile in the room, like ADHD, dyslexia, autism spectrum?

You answer this once per class. After that, every plan comes pre-adapted.

You send the topic.
Plan arrives in minutes.

"Math plan for 6th A on equivalent fractions": you can say it your way, without memorizing rigid commands. Or send audio describing the topic and we transcribe it and follow the same flow. Also accepts a photo of the textbook page, which we read and use as the basis for the plan (for privacy, we refuse photos considered sensitive). And you can even forward the school's material as a PDF or Word file: we summarize it and build the plan from it.

The magic happens in seconds:

  • We retrieve the context Year, inclusion profile, what has already been taught in the curriculum.
  • We build the careful plan Script with timing, activities, answer key, and support materials.
  • We check the curriculum An automatic check helps verify the references. Review the plan for your class.
  • We generate the professional PDF Answer key on a separate page, ready to print. With timeline, cards and quiz.
Average time: less than 15 minutes from your message to the PDF arriving, already with the curriculum checked.
03

You adjust what didn't work.
Without starting over.

The plan doesn't always come out exactly the way you want on the first try. That's fine. You don't need to start from scratch.

Just send a short command in the chat. We adjust only that part and keep the rest intact.

redo Tuesday
regenerates only Tuesday's plan, keeps the other 4 days
redo activity 3
only the main activity, keeps the opening/closing
more exercises
beefs up the exercise list, keeping the rest of the plan
less opening
cuts the introduction time, redistributes in the script
adapt for ADHD
adds visual checkpoints and short blocks
print
re-renders the PDF with the latest changes
04

You give feedback.
The next plan gets better.

After class, you let us know: Excellent Good Needs work. All through WhatsApp, in seconds.

And right after comes the question that closes the loop: how many got it? Most, half or few. That reading calibrates the difficulty and pace of the next plan, and shows up in the council report.

We remember these preferences. Found the activities too long? Next time they'll be shorter. Loved hands-on materials? We'll bring more for your class.

It's a partnership that evolves every week. And nothing is lost: plans are saved year after year, and a “reapply that plan that worked” brings it back, adapted to your current class.

You've seen the four steps. The fifth is sending a “Hey”.

When AI isn't enough

Vitória, one of my class 3 students was just diagnosed with dyslexia and nobody guided me. the test is next week 😰 10:12
Vitória · educator I'm glad you reached out, prof 💛 For this test: short prompts, larger type, and you read the questions aloud to the whole class, so nobody is singled out. If writing blocks him, let him answer orally 10:19
am I allowed to? isn't that making it too easy? 10:20
Vitória · educator It's the opposite: it's access. The diagnosis asks for exactly this. I'll send you a test-adaptation template to use all year, and then we tune the next plans together 😉 10:24
