Plans for the moments that call for
preparation, adjustment, and follow-through.
HeyProf supports the moments when you need to prepare a lesson, adjust an activity, or follow what your class learned.
Saturday · 2 PM
You send "week of math lessons for 6th A on fractions" and receive Mon–Fri with pedagogical progression. Each day connects with the next. Everything organized before Sunday.
Wednesday · 10 PM
Happens to the best of us. Tomorrow's lesson isn't ready. Send the topic in the chat (can be text, audio in your own voice, or a photo of the textbook page) and in a few minutes you have a new plan in hand, ready to save and use.
Friday · 4 PM
"Summary of 6th A for the review meeting." We build the overview of what was covered, curriculum objectives addressed, and suggestions. Two per month.
Anytime
Difficult class? Inclusion student needing special attention? An educator trained in psychopedagogy responds directly on WhatsApp. It comes with the subscription.
Got a teaching question? Ask in the chat.
It's not just lesson plans. The AI also answers questions about methodology, inclusion, curriculum and pedagogy. Included in every plan, right in the same chat.
online
Hard questions belong in the chat too, without slowing down your teaching.
- How to adapt an activity for a student with dyslexia?
- Ideas for a review activity before the exam
- Which curriculum objective applies to this topic?
- How to explain this content without lecturing?
- Strategies for a very large and restless class
- How do I use the World Cup to teach fractions?
The chat respects your conversational tone and doesn't drift into random small talk. But a class obsession becomes lesson paths ready to generate. Included in every plan.
Everything included, no extra cost.
No paying extra to unlock each feature, no free credits that run out right when you need them most. If it's in the plan, it's yours to use.
Curriculum on track
Every lesson is designed and reviewed to be aligned with the curriculum skills. The system remembers what you've already taught in each class.
Professional PDF
Document formatted for the classroom. Answer key on the last page. With visual components like timelines, quizzes, and cards.
Complete or compact, you choose
Five classes in the same grade? Ask for the compact plan: 3 to 4 pages (objectives with the curriculum objective beside each one, methodology, activities, assessment and resources), with exercises kept separate. Same lesson, written for someone who already knows how to teach. Per class, on any plan.
Special education classes
Teaching at a special school, a special class or a resource room? Mark the class as special education and tell us the level it works at: plans come out short and concrete, with predictable routines and visual support, and worksheets keep games, cut-outs and figures at any year. Curriculum objectives appear as an adapted reference. It applies in adult education and the early years too.
Adjust without redoing everything
"Redo Tuesday", "activity too long", "adapt for ADHD", and the rest of the plan stays the same. Unlimited (fair use).
History that helps
We remember what you've taught in each class. The system follows your official curriculum, suggests the next steps and builds the official lesson text ready to paste into the class journal.
Review meeting report
Ask for "class summary" and receive an overview of what was covered, the curriculum it touched, and suggestions. Two per month. Doesn't consume credits.
Data protected
Privacy respected. You in control. Export or delete everything with one message. Your conversations never train AI.
Request by audio or photo
Record an audio explaining or take a photo of the textbook page, and we understand and use it as the basis for the plan. You can even forward the school's material as a PDF or Word file. For privacy, photos considered sensitive are refused. Voice notes and photos at no extra cost.
Photo diagnosis
Applied the activity? Photograph the answers and get the class X-ray against the answer key: what landed, what needs revisiting. Always collective, never a student's grade.
The dates the school marks
When a date your school marks is coming up, the weekly reminder names it and one tap asks for the lesson on that theme. A sensitive date comes with a note to review it first.
More than one week at a time
Ask for a fortnight, a month or a term and the whole request is kept. It comes out one week at a time, and the next one arrives with a tap, on the reminder or on the next plan's confirmation. Up to 4 weeks on the monthly plan, up to 20 on the annual one.
It searches before it writes
Paste a link in the chat and HeyProf opens the page and writes the lesson on it. And when the topic needs a recent fact, a named work or a local figure, it searches real sources before generating and prints the sources consulted at the end.
The adapted sheet comes with it
A class with a registered inclusion profile gets the sheet in two versions at once: the standard one and an adapted one, with fewer items, short instructions and more room. In the early grades the adapted one is checked for the visual support it promises.
